Delivery within New Zealand

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. This does not include the Museum processing time allocation. In the unlikely event that your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please let us know.

Standard rate $10.
For large and/or heavy oversize items this rate increases to $20.

New Zealand Rural $15
For large and/or heavy oversize items this rate increases to $25.

Delivery Overseas
Please allow 3-15 business days for delivery once dispatched. You will be notified via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

International rate

We accept international orders. All items are sent via New Zealand Post.

Please place your order at the Shopping Cart Checkout and we will supply you with a shipping quote. If you accept our shipping quote you will receive an email with a link to resume your order. Please note your shipping quote may take 2-3 business days.

Additional International Charges
Our price does not include any additional charges applied once the parcel reaches its destination country, for example import charges, tariffs, or taxes. These charges will be the responsibility of the parcel recipient. Please contact the customs department of the relevant country for more details.

Damaged Items
If your product has been damaged in transit, please advise the Museum as soon as possible so we can make a claim via the courier company. The courier company offer a 7 day claim period. Please take photos of your damaged package and goods to help with the claim.
